HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, ar y 4ydd o Fai 2026, wrth arfer ei bwerau a roddir gan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) i 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 a 124 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004, Rheoliadau Gorchmynion Traffig Awdurdodau Lleol (Esmeptiadau i Bobl Anabl) (Cymru) 2000 a phob pwer galluogi arall, wedi gwneud y Gorchymyn uchod.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw cyflwyno un lle parcio i Ddeiliaid Bathodyn Anabl yn Unig yn y lleoliad a bennir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar y 15fed o Fai 2026 a gall gopi o’r Gorchymyn, ynghyd â chynlluniau yn nodi’r darnau ffordd yr effeithir arno:

• gael eu gweld ar wefan Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin, drwy fynd i https://www.sirgar.llyw.cymru/cartref/cyngor-a-democratiaeth/hysbysiadau-cyhoeddus; neu

• gael eu harchwilio drwy gysylltu ag Adran Priffyrdd Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin ar ENTrafficManagement@sirgar.gov.uk.

Gall unrhyw un sy’n dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn hwn, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail:

a) nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan y Ddeddf; neu

b) na chydymffurfwyd ag unrhyw ofyniad yn y Ddeddf, neu unrhyw ofyn arall a oedd wedi’i rhoi, mewn perthynas â’r Gorchymyn,

wneud cais i’r Uchel Lys at ddiben hwn o fewn chwe (6) wythnos o’r dyddiad y gwnaed y Gorchymyn.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Ammanford) (Waiting Restriction and Street Parking Places) Consolidation (Variation Number 16) Order 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 4th of May 2026, Carmarthenshire County Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to 2(3), 4, 32(1), 35 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the Traffic Management Act 2004, The Local Authorities' Traffic Orders (Exemptions for Disabled Persons) (Wales) Regulations 2000 and all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order.

The effect of the Order is to introduce one Disabled Badge Holders Only parking bay at the location specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

The Order will come into operation on the 15th of May 2026 and a copy of the Order, together with plans showing the affected sections of road, can:

• be viewed on Carmarthenshire County Council’s website at https://www.carmarthenshire.gov.wales/home/council-democracy/public-notices;

• be requested by contacting Carmarthenshire County Council’s Highways Department at ENTrafficManagement@carmarthenshire.gov.uk.

Any persons wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the grounds that:

a) it is not within the powers conferred by the Act; or

b) a requirement of the Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order,

may, within six (6) weeks of the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
