RHODDIR RHYBUDD y bydd y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed gan Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy ar 10 Tachwedd 2025, a oedd i ddod i ben ar 17 Mai 2026, yn parhau i fod yn weithredol gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru tan ac yn cynnwys 16 Tachwedd 2026. Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd peryglon tebygol i’r cyhoedd.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o lwybr troed cyhoeddus rhif 70 yng nghymuned Betws-y-coed sy’n dechrau ar yr A470T yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 7813 5384, ac yn parhau tua’r de-orllewin at y bont droed dros yr Afon Lledr yng nghyfeirnod grid SH 7798 5378.

(Footpath 70 Betws y Coed)

(Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the above named Order made by the Conwy County Borough Council on 10 November 2025 and which was due to expire on 17 May 2026, has been continued in force with the approval of the Welsh Ministers until and including 16 November 2026. The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public.

The effect of the Order is to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that length of public footpath no 70 in the community of Betws y Coed commencing from the A470T at grid reference SH 7813 5384 and proceeding in a south westerly direction to the footbridge over the Afon Lledr at grid reference SH 7798 5378.
