(Groes Road Colwyn Bay)

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order to prohibit vehicles proceeding along that length of Groes Road Colwyn Bay from junction of Abergele Road to Beal Avenue. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained.

The Order is necessary to facilitate a convoy working system for carriageway resurfacing works and comes into effect on 10 May 2026 for a maximum period of 17 days.
