What is happening?

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (The Avenue, Bridge of Allan) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-5-26,
This Order will:-
Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on The Avenue, Bridge of Allan to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this order, should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 1-5-26.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Bellfield Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-5-26.

This Order will close:
Bellfield Road From its junction with Westerlands Drive to its junction with Randolph Road from 25-5-26 until 29-5-26 to facilitate public utility works. Emergency Service access will be maintained. 

Alternative Routes: via Randolph Road, Livilands Gate, Bellfield Road and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Cameronian Street and Upper Craigs, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) and (Cameronian Street, Dumbarton Road East, Port Street and Upper Craigs) 
(Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-5-26. This Order will close:-

Cameronian Street For its entire length, and; Upper Craigs For its entire length from 0600 hours on 28-5-26 until 2000 hours on 28-5-26.

This Order will also suspend the parking, except for vehicles associated with filming, on:-
Dumbarton In the layby on the south-west side of the road from No’s 1-19 Dumbarton Road East, and; Road East
Upper Craigs In the layby on the north-east side of the road from No’s 11-35 Upper Craigs from 1600 hours on 26-5-26 until 1800 hours from 29-5-26.

Cameronian Street On the north-west side of the road from the boundary of No’s 10-12 Cameronian Street in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 18 metres or thereby, and;

Cameronian Street On the south-east side of the road from the north-east gable of No 7 Cameronian Street in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 24 metres or thereby, and;

Cameronian Street On the south-west side of the road from its north-westerly extremity in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 22 metres or thereby, and;

Port Street On the north-western side of the road from the boundary of No’s 66-64 Port Street in a north-easterly direction for a distance of 20 metres or thereby, and;

Upper Craigs In the layby on the north-east side of the road from No’s 39-43 Upper Craigs, and;

Upper Craigs In the layby on the north-east side of the road from No’s 47-49 Upper Craigs from 0600 hours on 27-5-26 until 2359 hours on 28-5-26. All restriction are to facilitate filming.

Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Dumbarton Road, Glebe Avenue, King’s Park Road, St Ninians Road, Wellgreen and vice versa

SPEED TABLES DRUMMOND PLACE, KING’S PARK ROAD, QUEEN’S ROAD, SNOWDON PLACE, VICTORIA
PLACE, STIRLING

The STIRLING COUNCIL, under Section 36 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, propose to construct speed tables as detailed in the Schedule hereto with a view to improving road safety by slowing traffic speeds at Drummond

Place, King’s Park Road, Queen’s Road, Snowdon Place and Victoria Place, Stirling. A COPY of the plan showing the locations affected by the proposal can be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Head of Environment and Place, by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk by 3 June 2026 and quoting reference number TM/6 - RH/2026(1).

Drummond Place 1 No raised table junction comprising flat top with
37 metres long by 16.2 metres wide with 1.5
metre ramps to all four sides which lifts the table
75mm above carriageway level. The plateau and
ramps will be surfaced with asphalt and approach
ramps laid with white retroreflective teeth. The
table will accommodate a 2.4 metre wide zebra
crossing to the south-east of the junction with
Park Terrace.
14.5 metres south-east of
the projected southeastern
kerbline of King’s Park Road.
Drummond Place 1 No raised table crossing comprising a flat
top road hump 6.0 metres in length with 1.5
metre long ramps either side which lifts the
table 75mm above road level. The plateau
and ramps will be surfaced with asphalt and
approach ramps laid with white retroreflective
teeth. The table will accommodate a 2.4 metre
wide informal crossing point.

the projected south-eastern
kerbline of King’s Park Road.
Kings Park Road 1 No raised table crossing comprising a flat top
road hump 4.4 metres in length with 1.5 metre
long ramps either side which lifts the table
75mm above road level. The plateau and ramps
will be surfaced with asphalt and approach
ramps laid with white retroreflective teeth. The
table will accommodate a 2.4 metre wide zebra
crossing with central pedestrian refuge.

King’s Park Road 1 No raised table crossing comprising a flat
top road hump 4.4 metres in length with 1.5
metre long ramps either side which lifts the

teeth. The table will accommodate a 2.4 metre
wide zebra crossing with central pedestrian

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Kerse Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-5-26.
This Order will close:

Kerse Road         On the north side of the road from the access to Kersemill to its eastern extremity from 25-5-26 until 2-6-26 to facilitate service investigation works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Inverallan Road / Station Road, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-5-26. This Order will suspend the parking on:-

Inverallan Road         On both sides of the road from its junction with Henderson Street to the point where it meets Station Road.

Station Road         On both sides of the road from the junction of Inverallan Road to the entrance to the Railway Station Car Park from 25-5-26 until 5-6-26 to facilitate street lighting works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Abercromby Drive, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 1-5-26. This Order will suspend the parking on:-

Abercromby Drive         On the south-westerly side of the road from a point 4 metres northwest of the north-west gable end of the property known as Whitegables in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 200 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 25-5-26 until 15-6-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.
