BETHLEHEM STREET, GRIMSBY (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF NO STOPPING EXCEPT TAXIS- TTRO 26-088) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order, the effect of which will be:
• Temporary Suspension, no stopping except taxis : o BETHLEHEM STREET - From a point opposite the North Eastern Kerb Line of WEST ST MARYS GATE in a south easterly direction for a distance of 22 metres to be replaced with a;
• Temporary loading only restriction.
This temporary suspension of the taxi provisions are required to accommodate the rail replacement bus services.
The order will come into operation on Saturday, 16th May 2026, and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 18 months unless extended for a further period by the Secretary of State for transport, or until completion of the works (whichever is the earlier). The closure is expected to remain in place until Friday, 22nd May 2026. Definitive dates and times will be notified with on-site advanced warning signs.
