DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(St Johns Road, Exmouth) - (Waiting Restrictions) Amendment Order 2026

Devon County Council made this on 29 April to come into force 6 May to introduce on specified lengths of St Johns Road, Exmouth:

No Waiting At Any Time/Loading Only At Any Time/No Stopping Except Buses At Any Time/School Entrance Clearway–No Stopping At Any Time.

The order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
