(Mersey Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Council has made the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Mersey Road, L17, from a point 45m southwest of Desford Road to the westernmost extremity of property Nº59 Mersey Road, from 10pm overnight to 6am the following morning during the period of the 11 May to 18 December 2026, or for such a lesser period of time as dictated by the early completion of the works which are to safely enable railway station improvement works to be carried out.
A signed diversion will be erected for the duration of the works.
