Ar 5 Mai 2026, gwnaeth Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y’i diwygiwyd, a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, Orchymyn sy’n atal unrhyw un rhag defnyddio neu fynd ar hyd Llwybr Troed Rhif 6 Sain Ffagan.

Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn angenrheidiol i hwyluso gwaith ar neu ger y llwybr troed a bydd yn dod i rym ddydd Mercher 6 Mai 2026 a disgwylir iddo fod ar waith tan ddydd Sul 1 Tachwedd 2026.

Dim ond ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a nodir ar arwyddion  a/neu hysbysiadau sy’n cael eu harddangos y bydd y  cyfyngiad dan sylw ar waith. Bydd y Gorchymyn hwn ar  waith am hyd at 6 mis.

Y llwybr amgen fydd trwy Ffordd Ceffylau Rhif 8 Sain Ffagan.

Enw’r Gorchymyn yw “Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Llwybr Llwybr Troed Rhif 6 Sain Ffagan Caerdydd) (Cau Dros Dro) 2026”

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF (ST FAGANS FOOTPATH NO.6, CARDIFF) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026

On the 5th May 2026, The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers, made an Order the general effect of which is to prevent any person from using or proceeding along St Fagans Footpath No.6.

This Order is necessary to facilitate works on or near the footpath and will come into operation on Wednesday 6th May 2026 and is expected to be in operation until Sunday 1st November 2026.

The restriction specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices. This Order will remain in force for a maximum of 6 months.

The alternative route will be via the St Fagans No.8 Bridleway.

This Order is known as “The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (St Fagans Footpath No.6, Cardiff) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026”.
