ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
(TEMPORARY PARKING, WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS (HILLBECK CLOSE, SE15)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Southwark hereby gives notice, that it has made an order, the effect of which is to introduce temporary parking restrictions and ‘at any-time’ waiting and loading restrictions as detailed below.
2. Whilst the restriction is in place, and whilst the authorised traffic signs/road markings including yellow lines are displayed, no person shall cause any vehicle to wait, including waiting for the purpose of parking, loading and unloading at any time in: HILLBECK CLOSE, between Old Kent Road and Manor Grove, both sides of the carriageway where double yellow lines are in place.
3. The restrictions will not apply to any vehicle being used in connection with the said works, or for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes or anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform.
4. The restriction will come into force from the 15th of May 2026 for 18 months, until the 14th of August 2027
