Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
ANSLEY ROAD, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable water mains works.
Order Commences: 13 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Ansley Road, Birmingham Road, Nuneaton Road, Tamworth Road, Station Hill, Berryfields, Park Lane, Ansley Lane and vice versa.

SMORRALL LANE, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable carriageway remedial works.
Order Commences: 25 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 26 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Dark Lane, Goodyers End Lane, Heath Road, Smorral Lane and vice versa.

BOWLING GREEN LANE, BEDWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic at jct with School Lane.
Reason for Order: Repairs and replacement of defective manhole frame and covers.
Order Commences: 10 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Royal Oak Lane, Goodyers End Lane and vice versa.

GADSBY STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from 11 to 24.
Reason for Order: Works to fix depression defect.
Order Commences: 11 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Lister Street, Tennant Street and vice versa.
Contractor: Cadent, Tel: 01214 744344.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
MEADOW STREET, NUNEATON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between properties number 5 and 21.
Reason for Order: To enable duct laying works.
Order Commences: 12 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 14 May 2026.
Contractor: Openreach, Tel: 03700 500792.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
