THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.
LEICESTER ROAD, SHEPSHED
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
It is expected that the Order will come into force on 01/06/2026 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake water pipe renewal. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC
Leicester Rd, Shepshed between Sullington Rd & Forman Rd.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council has made the following Orders under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. The works will be completed within the period of the Orders. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders are being enforced for public safety.
CLARENCE STREET, LOUGHBOROUGH
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PARKING BAYS ORDER 2026
The Order will come into force on 20/05/2026 and have a maximum duration of 3 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 2 days to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake drainage works.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER 2026
The Order will come into force on 18/05/2026 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 3 days at each location to allow Leicestershire County Council to undertake carriageway patching works. The proposed diversion route will be signed on site.

Brand Ln, Woodhouse between School Ln & Footpath Bridleway K7. Cotton Wy, Loughborough for its entire length. Saint Botolph Rd, St James Rd, Saint Winefride Rd, Central Ave, for their entire lengths; Tickow Ln between Belton St & McCarthy Rd, Factory St between Tickow Ln & Manor Gdns, McCarthy Rd between Tickow Ln & Little Haw Ln, Tickow Ln between Ashby Rd West & Bluebell Wy – Shepshed.
