NOTICE OF MAKING OF ORDER
SECTION 14 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BATH AND NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH CL20/29, HAM LANE, STOWEY SUTTON)  TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026  
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order to temporarily introduce a closure to the section of Public Footpath CL20/29 commencing from ST58276010 and proceeding in a generally N direction for approx 128m to a junction with Ham Lane at ST58286020.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be expanding Bishop Sutton Sewage Pumping Station and constructing a new storm storage tank. The Order will come into force on 19 May 2026 and will be effective for six months.
