(BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, CITY CENTRE) (BIRMINGHAM) (ONE WAY) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2019) (HENSTEAD STREET) (VARIATION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53,101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To vary existing restrictions on KENT STREET, BROMSGROVE STREET & HENSTEAD STREET, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE.
2. To introduce One Way Traffic on HENSTEAD STREET, BORDESLEY & HIGHGATE from Bromsgrove Street towards Wrentham Street.
These Orders will come into operation on 8th May 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order may within 6 weeks from the 7th May 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
