SOMERSET COUNCIL

Parishes Of Mark And Brent Knoll - Temporary Closure Of Vole Road

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Vole Road - from the junction with Harp Road to the junction with Baggs Lane. A total distance of 3420 metres. This Order will enable J D Pope and Sons to carry out phased culvert construction works on behalf of Axe Brue Internal Drainage Board (as and when signed on site).

The Order becomes effective on 5th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 11th May 2026 and last until 12th June 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 33 days.
