TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE U4651 SATURN ROAD, IPSWICH
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U4651 Saturn Road, Ipswich from no. 8 for 30 metres south westbound to facilitate communication pipe repairs. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Jovian Way, Europa Way and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 06/05/2026 - 08/05/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF
THE U2605 BLACKHEATH ROAD,
WENHASTON WITH MELLS HAMLET
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U2605 Blackheath Road, Wenhaston with Mells Hamlet from 110 metres west of the junction with Hall Road for 30 metres westbound to facilitate relocating water valves. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Hall Road, Bramfield Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 06/05/2026 - 08/05/2026 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3508 The Street, Letheringham from 15 metres west of the junction with Park Road for 225 metres westbound to facilitate vegetation works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be The Street, Pit Road, Sanctuary Lane, Sanctuary Bridge, Hall Road, Cooks Hill and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 06/05/2026 - 08/05/2026 from 8am - 5pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

THE C696 SKYLINER WAY, BURY ST EDMUNDS
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C696 Skyliner Way, Bury St Edmunds from the junction with Kempson Way for the entire length of Skyliner Way for safety reasons due to the installation of extra high voltage electricity cables. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be available for pedestrians and cyclists.
There will be no diversion route.
This order continues in force the emergency measures operating since 16/04/2026.
It is intended that the closure will operate until 18/05/2026, but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
