(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Un Named Access Rear Edward Street from its junction with Edward Street for a distance of 10 metres.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Un Named Access Rear Edward Street, from its junction with Edward Street.
The Order is required to facilitate the installation of a pollution monitoring station within the Highway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 7th May 2026 until 23:59 on the 7th May 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicles.

(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF LIMITED WAITING PARKING BAY &
INTRODUCTION OF NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to temporarily;
(i) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale ((Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Pennines Township) Order 2008

Waiting Limited Mon-Sat 7.30am-6.30pm 30 Mins. No Return Within 30 Mins Featherstall Road, Wardle & West Littleborough Ward
(ii) the south side from a point 111 metres east of its junction with High Street to a point 110 metres west of its junction with Albion Street.
(2) Temporary introduction of no waiting at any time along Featherstall Road from the south side from a point 111 metres east of its junction with High Street to a point 110 metres west of its junction with Albion Street.
The Order is required to safely facilitate the defective sections of the carriageway to be planed off.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 9th May 2026 until 23:59 on the 10th May 2026.
When it is safe to do so, access will be made available.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES ORDER)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Park Road from its junction with Rothwell Street, Rochdale to the junction with Red Lane.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Park Road from its junction with Rothwell Street to its junction with Red Lane.
The Order is required to facilitate the repair speed humps within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 07:30 on the 23rd May 2026 until 17:00 on the 31st May 2026.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Rothwell Street, Athol Street, Red Lane & vice versa.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily;
(i) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale ((Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Rochdale Township) Order 2008

The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 20th May 2026 until 23:59 on the 26th May 2026.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Honister Way for its entire length.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Honister Way for its entire length.
The Order is required to facilitate carriageway resurfacing.
Residential access will be maintained.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 25th May 2026 until 17:00 on the 8th June 2026.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Ennerdale Road, Thirlmere Road, Bolton Road & vice versa.
(SMITHY BRIDGE ROAD, LITTLEBOROUGH (5))
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Smithy Bridge Road from a point 15 metres north west of the level crossing for a distance of 40 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate works to safely rectify barrier faults at the Railway Level Crossing.
The Order will be operative from 00:10 on the 24th May 2026 until 08:30 on the 24th May 2026.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Smithy Bridge Road, Milnrow Road (Littleborough), Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane, Bridge Street, Rochdale Road, Milnrow Road (Rochdale), Albert Royds Street, Halifax Road (A58), Smithy Bridge Road & vice versa.
(DALE STREET, MILNROW)
(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF LIMITED WAITING PARKING BAY &
INTRODUCTION OF NO WAITING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily;
(i) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale ((Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Pennines Township) Order 2008

Waiting Limited Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour, No Return Within 1 Hour from a point 15 metres south-east of its junction with Leach Street to its junction with Newhey Road
(2) Temporary introduction of no waiting at any time along Dale Street from a point 15 metres south-east of its junction with Leach Street to its junction with Newhey Road.
The Order is required to safely facilitate the renewal of a water service within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 23rd May 2026 until 23:59 on the 24th May 2026 or when the job is completed, whichever is the sooner.
