ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RIBBLE VALLEY AND WYRE BOROUGHS) (REVOCATION OF RESTRICTED ROADS) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Speed Limit Order under Sections 82(2) and 83(2) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to revoke the following:
a) "The Lancashire County Council (Restricted Roads) (No.3) Order 1984" in full;
b) "The Lancashire County Council (B6430 Garstang Road/Preston-Lancaster Old Road, Catterall, Wyre Borough) (Revocation and Restricted Road) Order, 1998" in full;
c) "The County Council of Lancashire (Restricted Roads)(No. 1) Order, 1964" in full;
d) Schedule 2 of the "Lancashire County Council (Garstang Various Roads, Garstang, Wyre Borough) (Part Revocation, 20mph, Restricted Road 30mph Speed Limit and Amendment) Order 2014";
e) Article 3 of the "Lancashire County Council (Great Eccleston Area, Great Eccleston (Various Roads), Wyre Borough) (Revocation, 20mph, 30mph and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2013";
f) Schedule 2 of the "Lancashire County Council (Cabus Nook Lane, Garstang Road, Gubberford Lane, Head Dyke Lane, Kirkham Road, Lancaster Road, Lytham Road, Moss Side Lane, Saltcotes Road, Station Lane, St Michael's Road, Various Locations, Wyre and Fylde Boroughs, Revocation and Introduction of Restricted Road Status, 20mph, 30mph and 40mph Speed Limits) Order 2017".
Where no further speed limit is re-introduced, the speed limit will revert to restricted road status by virtue of street lighting, where a 30mph speed limit will apply.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Wyre Borough Council, Civic Centre, Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU, and at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, BB7 2RA, and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
