(Temporary Closure of Public Footpath 40, off Pasture RoadSouth, Barton- upon-Humber) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 40, off Pasture Rd South, Barton-upon-Humber from 7.30am 25 th May-5pm 13 th July 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances). The closure of this Footpath is necessary to safeguard the public during gas replacement works by Cadent. There isn’t a diversion because this Footpath is a no through route.
