Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Ruan Minor. This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st May 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Cadgwith, Ruan Minor between the property named Smyrna Cottage and the junction of Barn Hill and Barn Hill, Cadgwith, Ruan Minor for its entire length.

Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway beingChurch Street for its entire length and Arwenack Street between the junctions of Church Street and Quay Hill, Falmouth.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one-way order The County of Cornwall (Falmouth) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 Church Street/Arwenack Street (Class Ill) between the junctions of Killigrew Street and Swan pool Street.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out cabling works.
The Order will come into operation on 20th May 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st May 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to emergency services, cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penryn. This prohibition is necessary for vegetation clearance of the railway over bridge works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd May 2026 to 24th May 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2200 and 0800, weekends included.
Road affected- College Hill, Penryn between the property named Unit 1 The Mill and the junction of College Green.

This prohibition is necessary for service connection works and it is expected thatthe closure will be from 1st June 2026 to 5th June 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
