Temporary One-Way Traffic Restriction Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 4th May 2026 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction over an area of highway being Holywell Road, Playing Place between the junction oftheA39 and grid reference SW81105 41493, from the eastto west. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out cabling works.
The Order will come into operation on 18th May 2026 and the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd May 2026. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1630 on a daily basis weekdays only.
Nothing in this order will apply to anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
