OrderunderSection14(1)(a)oftheRoadTrafficRegulationAct1984,assubstituted
bytheRoadTraffic(TemporaryRestrictions)Act1991,prohibitingvehiclesfrom
proceedingonthefollowingstretchesofroad:
• TettenhallRoadclosedfromitsjunctionwithHenwoodRoadtoitsjunctionwith
ChapelAsh.Itisanticipatedthattheclosurewilloperatefor2daysbetween
5thMay2026and12thMay2026,betweenthehours19:00and05:00.Vehicular
Diversion Route: (A41,A464,A442, A458, A454) The Rock, Wergs Road,
HolyheadRoad,NewportRoad,HolyheadRoad,ParkStreet,MarketPlace,
VictoriaRoad,PriorsleeRoad,CastleFarmInterchange,NairdRoundabout,
Randlay Roundabout, Queensway, Stirchley Roundabout, Queensway,
BrocktonWay.BrocktonRoundabout,BridgnorthRoad,MillStreet,CannHall
Road, Hospital Lane, Kidderminster Road, Bridgnorth Bypass, Stourbridge
Road,BridgnorthRoad,ComptonRoadWest,ComptonRoad,andviceversa.
• Patrick Gregory Road closed in its entirety. Access/egress to frontages
maintained.Itisanticipatedthattheclosurewilloperateforonedaybetween
7thMay2026and13thMay2026,betweenthehoursof19:00and05:00.
• Stafford Road closed from its junction with Broadlands to its junction with
WobastonRoadRoundabout.Itisanticipatedthattheclosurewilloperatefor
onedaybetween12thMay2026and18thMay2026,betweenthehoursof
19:00and05:00.VehicularDiversionRoute:StaffordRoad,WatlingsStreet,
WolverhamptonRoad,CannockRoad,StaffordStreet,StaffordRoad&vice
versa.
• StaffordRoadclosedfromitsjunctionwithWobastonRoadRoundabouttoits
junction with Three Tuns Lane Island. It is anticipated that the closure will
operateforonedaybetween12thMay2026and18thMay2026,betweenthe
hoursof19:00and05:00.VehicularDiversionRoute:StaffordRoad,Watlings
Street,WolverhamptonRoad,CannockRoad,StaffordStreet,StaffordRoad&
viceversa.
• SteelhouseLaneclosedfromitsjunctionwithBilstonRoadtoitsjunctionwith
CableStreet.Itisanticipatedthattheclosurewilloperatefor2daysbetween
13thMay2026and21stMay2026,betweenthehoursof19:00and05:00.

• SandringhamRoadcloseditsentirelengthinbothdirections.Itisanticipated

The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is
anticipatedthattheworkswillbeundertakenonthedatesspecifiedabove,between
thetimesstipulated.
TheOrderisrequiredtofacilitatepre-patchingpriortosurfacetreatmentworksin
thecarriageway.
