Notice is given that on 19 March 2026 WSCC entered into a public path creation agreement under Section 25 Highways Act 1980 with the National Trust.
The Creation Agreement relates to the dedication of a new length of Bridleway through Slindon Bottom Woods, commencing at existing bridleway 3677 (what3words ///somewhere.being.compounds) and continuing generally north to reach Slindon Road (what3words///microfilm.sculpting.mimed).
The agreement may be inspected free of charge by visiting the County Council website at www.westsussex.gov.uk and searching rights of way notices.
