Temporary Closure of Windmill Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Windmill Lane - from the junction with Ducks Hill, eastwards for a total distance of 105 metres. This Order will enable Network Plus to carry out new connection works on behalf of National Grid.
The Order becomes effective on 14th May 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 18th May 2026 and last until 20th May 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
