NOTICEISHEREBYGIVENthattheWolverhampton
CityCouncilproposetomakeanOrderunderSection
14(1)(a)oftheRoadTrafficRegulationAct1984,as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting pedestrians
proceeding on Bealeys Fold from adjacent to The
HealthCentretoitsentranceatHighStreet.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of
sixmonths,butitisanticipatedthattheworkswillbe
undertakenfrom11thMay2026until11thSeptember
2026.
Thepedestriandiversionrouteis:AlfredSquireRoad,
Woodhouse Fold, Neachells Lane, High Street and
viceversa.
The Order is required to facilitate public realm
improvementsbyWolverhamptonCityCouncil.
