Multiple Road, Hound, Eastleigh, Netley - Temporary Road Closure due to Netley 10k Road Race
What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Netley 10K Road Race to take place out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: Victoria Road between its junction with Station Road and its junction with Grange Road.
Station Road between its junction with Victoria Road and its junction with St Mary’s Road.
St Mary’s Road between its junction with Station Road and its junction with Hound Way.
Hound Way between its junction with St Marys Road and its junction with Woolston Road.
Woolston Road between its junction with Hound Way and its junction with Ingleside.
The Grove between its junction with Woolston Road and its termination. Ingleside between its junction with Woolston Road and its junction with Grange Road.
Grange Road between its junction with Ingleside and its junction with Victoria Road.
St Edwards Road between its junction with Grange Road and its junction with Priory Road.
10. Priory Road between its junction with St Edwards Road and its junction with Castle Road.
11. Castle Road between its junction with Priory Road and its junction with Queen’s View.
12. Queen’s View between its junction with Castle Road and its junction with Wykeham Road.
13. Wykeham Road between its junction with Queen’s View and its junction with Monks Road.
14. Monks Road between its junction with Wykeham Road and its junction with New Road.
15. New Road between its junction with Monks Road and its junction with Grange Road.
16. Abbey Hall between its junction with Victoria Road and its termination. 17. Beach Lane between its junction with Victoria Road and its termination.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Grange Road, Victoria Road, Woolston Road. DURATION OF ORDER: from Sunday 17th May 2026 between the hours 09:00 – 11:30 for 1 day or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out. The Road Closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event of the Netley 10k Road Race.
