ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Brick Kiln Lane, Gornal Wood) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Brick Kiln Lane, Gornal Wood, for the purpose of new service connections being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 11/05/20206 and will remain in force until 29/05/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Brick Kiln Lane, Easton Crescent, Straits Road, Lousie Street and Summit Place.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
