What is happening?

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Carr Lane, Winterton from 8am 18th May 6pm 20th May 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for utilities track work - excavating 30m of the footway.
There isn't a diversion because the Bridge on Carr Lane is the subject of a Weight Restriction, but resident and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.
