EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(B741 Main Street,High Main Street, Dalmellington)
(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026
On 28 April 2026 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the abovenamed Order to allow BT Works.
No Waiting At Any Time - B741 Main Street, High Main Street, Dalmellington
B741 - For 55m on both sides of the carriageway on Main Street from outside No.17 to outside No.31.
B741 - For 75m on both sides of the carriageway on High Main Street from outside the Post Office to Outside No.26 at the junction with Church Hill.
The Order commences on 11 May 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier.
The works are expected to commence from 11 May 2026 at 08:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 22 May 2026 at 18:00.
Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Seafield Crescent, Ayr - Doonfoot) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2026
On 23 April the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow SGN Works.
Temporary Road Closure – Seafield Crescent, Ayr - Doonfoot, full road.
The Order commences on 11 May 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 11 May 2026 at 09:00 with the closure remaining in place until 01 June 2026 at 19:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Access for Emergency Services, residents and deliveries out-with the working zone will be maintained via diversion route
An alternative route will be signed via Doonfoot Road - Seafield Road - Arrol Drive Doonfoot Road - Carwinshoch View - Arrol Drive.
SOUTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL
(Annfield Glen Road,Woodlands Crescent, Ayr - Belmont)
(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026
On 23 April 2026 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (South Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the abovenamed Order to allow Scottish Power Works.
No Waiting At Any Time - Annfield Glen Road, Woodlands Crescent, Ayr Annfield Glen Road - From Glendale Crescent to Wood Park junction both sides of carriageway.
Woodlands Crescent - From junction with Annfield Glen Road for 45m both sides of carriageway.
The Order commences on 11 May 2026 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier.
The works are expected to commence from 11 May 2026 at 08:00 with the restrictions remaining in place until 22 May 2026 at 23:59.
Days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
