What is happening?

CITY OF BIRMINGHAM

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A)
LAND OFF TAMESIDE DRIVE, CASTLE BROMWICH

NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) propose to dispose of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

THE said land is shown edged red on the plan which may be inspected during normal business opening hours by prior appointment at the offices of the undersigned at The Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BB.

THE Council will consider any objections to the proposal which objections should be made in writing to the undersigned (quoting reference LS/PTY/ST/224033) not later than 8 May 2026.

THE SCHEDULE

ALL THAT piece of land containing an area of approximately 1423 square metres or approximately 1702 Square yards, lying to the north of Tameside Drive and to the east of Orton Way, Castle Bromwich in the City of Birmingham, which said piece of land is public open space.
