What is happening?

THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 

(TOLLERTON LANE, TOLLERTON) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (8420)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of roads at Tollerton in the Borough of Rushcliffe:-

1. Vehicles will be prohibited from Waiting At Any Time along the following length of road: TOLLERTON LANE, TOLLERTON (the north-west side) From a point opposite the southern kerb line of the entrance to St Peters Church in a south westerly direction for 161 metres.

TOLLERTON LANE, TOLLERTON (the south-east side) From the southern kerb line of the entrance to St Peters Church in a south westerly direction for 161 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 29TH APRIL 2026

The proposals have been introduced to prevent parking on the bend which is causing issues with visibility.
