The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to introduce disabled person’s parking places that operate at any time on: Comiston Gdns, Denham Green Ter x3, Dolphin Ave, Double Hedges Pk, Fox Covert Ave, Hillcoat Pl, Northfield Gro, Oxgangs Farm Dr, Parkgrove Cres, Parkgrove Vw, Peffer Bk, Pentland Ter, Pirniefield Bk, Rankin Ave, Rannoch Pl, Redbraes Pl, Redhall Pl, Restalrig Ave, Restalrig Circus x2, Royston Mains St, Whitson Pl E and Whitson Way. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/edinburgh-city, from 24/04/26 to 15/05/26 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference Tro/25/50 or at www. tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 09:30 & 15:30 Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above or state their reasons in writing quoting reference Tro/25/50 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 15/05/26. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
