ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D4090 CROSS STREET, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed between its junction with Smith Street.
Reason for Order: Installation of new kerbing and the construction of a speed table, closed 08.00hrs - 17.00hrs.
Order Commences: 27 April 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Priory Road to Smith Street: Access via St Nicholas Church Street, Castle Hill, Smith Street. Smith Street to Priory Road: Access via St Nicholas Church Street, Castle Hill, The Butts, Priory Road. Access maintained to adjacent properties and the resident’s car park from Priory Road only.

B4087 TACHBROOK ROAD, LEAMINGTON SPA Order Effect: Road closed between Kingsway and Tachbrook Street.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching works, closed 09.30hrs - 15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 30 April 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Tachbrook Road, Queensway, A425 (Europa Way/Old Warwick Road), Tachbrook Road and vice versa. Vehicular access & egress will be maintained where possible and safe to do so for businesses and residents only.

ASHDENE GARDENS, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to repair or replace defective manhole cover.
Order Commences: 27 April 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 27 April 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

SOUTHAM ROAD, PRIORS MARSTON
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic Reason for Order: To enable works for the provision of new telegraph poles.
Order Commences: 14 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: Welsh Road, Hardwick Road, Main Road, The Green and vice versa.

TALISMAN CLOSE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic. Reason for Order: Works to replace damaged frame and cover.
Order Commences: 11 May 2026 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 May 2026.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.
Contractor: Quantum Traffic Management, Tel: 01724 786286.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.

(WAITING RESTRICTIONS, ON STREET PARKING PLACES AND RESIDENTS’ PARKING)
(CONSOLIDATION) (VARIATION NO. T) ORDER 2026
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the abovenamed Order, pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to vary the existing Warwickshire County Council (District of Warwick) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions, On Street Parking Places & Residents’ Parking) (Consolidation) Order 2017 (as varied) to introduce No Waiting At Any Time restrictions as per Schedule 1 below and No Stopping Except In Emergency restrictions as per Schedule 2 below.
A copy of the proposed Order, together with a copy of the Order to be varied, and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, are available to view at Shire Hall, Market Place, Warwick, and online on the Council’s website at https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/news/20210/warwick-district

No changes to restrictions (full carriageway extent currently in place) but road re-alignment necessitates update to mapping
i) Emscote Road, Leamington Spa (both sides)
ii) Rugby Road, Leamington Spa (both sides)
iii) Warwick New Road, Leamington Spa (both sides)
SCHEDULE 2
NO STOPPING EXCEPT IN EMERGENCY
i) Emscote Road, Leamington Spa From the eastern property boundary of no. 15 Mill House Terrace, eastwards for 13.6 metres.
