ORDER 2026 - TEMP/26/60
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate footway reconstruction works no person shall, except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on any part of: (i) Seafield Rd East, both sides, from the extended south-east kerbline of Fillyside Rd, north-westwards for 288m, to Seafield Rd; (ii) Seafield Rd, both sides, from 7m south-eastwards of the extended north-west kerbline of the access road leading to Seafield Household Waste Recycling Centre, south-eastwards & then north-eastwards for 107m, to Seafield Rd E; & (iii) Fillyside Rd, both sides, from the extended south-west kerbline of Seafield Rd E, south-westwards for 100m. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected sections of roads described. The Order shall have effect from 27/04/26 to 12/06/26.
