(AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 23 April 2026 Sheffield City Council made the above Orders which comes into operation on 27 April 2026 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Orders will be to introduce:
No Waiting at any time on part of Glossop Road
No loading Monday to Friday 7.30 to 09.30 and 16.00 to 18.30 on part of Glossop Road
Taxi stopping area (no waiting) 6.30pm to Midnight on part of Glossop Road
And remove:
No waiting at any time on part of Glossop Road
No Waiting Monday to Saturday 7.30am to 6.30pm on part of Glossop Road
No loading at any time on part of Glossop Road
Taxi Stopping Area (no stopping) 6.30pm to Midnight on part of Glossop Road.

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 27 April 2026 to make application for that purpose to the High Court.
