What is happening?
CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL
The Grove at Barnby Dun in the City of Doncaster District as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times
referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst repairs to the Church Tower Roof are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Church Road, Church Lane, The
Grove.

The Proposed Order will continue in force up to and including
the 31st day of July 2026 or until the works which it is
proposed to carry out in or near the said road have been
completed, whichever is the earlier. If the works are not

in a westerly direction for a distance of 40 meters.
Dates and Times
On or after 07:30hrs 5th May 2026 until 23:59hrs 20th June
2026.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st July 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or
proposed to be executed on or near the roads and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in those
lengths of Warmsworth Road, Alder Grove and Larchfield
Road at Balby in the City of Doncaster District as described in
the Schedule to this notice on the dates and times referred to in
the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to repair carriageway damage are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Hall Flat Lane, Springwell Lane,
Broomhouse Lane, Edlington Lane, High Road.
