NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that new ducting works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to stop, wait, load or unload along Boroughgate, Otley; east of its junction with Crossgate, for a distance of 45m on the northern side, and 30m on the southern side. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Park Row, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because window replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s); Leeds City Council has today make an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Park Row, Leeds; between its junctions with Russell Street and Infirmary Street. In addition, the bus gate on Infirmary Street, Leeds will be suspended for the duration of the closure, between its junctions with King Street and Park Row. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Bedford Street, East Parade, Infirmary Street. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27 April 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make the above Order under its powers contained in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order is required due to the likelihood of danger to the public due an increased vehicular and pedestrian traffic in connection with the holding the Mint Festival event at Newsam Green Farm. The effect of Order will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to 1. Turn Right when leaving the site from Shuttle/Mint taxi Gate 1 onto Newsam Green Rd; between 08:30hrs on Sat 2 May and 23:59hrs on Sun 3 May 2026. 2. Wait between 08:30hrs on Sat 2 May and 01:00hrs on Monday 4 May 2026, upon i. Pontefract La; from Newsam Green Rd to Lakeside Way ii. Newsam Green Rd; from Pontefract La to Bullerthorpe Lane. iii. Bullerthorpe La; from its junction with Newsam Green Rd for 500m to both the north and south. 3. Travel at a speed in excess of 30 MPH on Pontefract La and Newsam Green Rd; from the junction of Newsam Green Rd and Bullerthorpe La and the junction of Pontefract La and Lakeside Way; between 08:30hrs on Sat 2 May and 23:59hrs on Sun 3 May 2026. 4.
