What is happening?

PUBLIC NOTICES

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Park Terrace, Stirling) (Restriction on Waiting) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended on 17-4-26.

This Order will amend the existing waiting restrictions:-
Waiting on this section of Park Terrace, Stirling is currently restricted to Doctor and Disabled persons parking between the hours of 8.45 am and 5.30 pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive, this will now revert to Pay and Display parking with a maximum stay of 4 hours.

A COPY of the Order, may be requested by e-mailing
traffic@stirling.gov.uk and quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2026(79).
Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 17-4-26.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (The Stirling Council (Accesses to Ochil House, Springkerse Business Park and Stirling Business Park D, Stirling) (Prohibition of Waiting - Amendment) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-26.

This Order will:-
Amend existing no waiting at any time restrictions on Stirling Business Park D, Stirling to allow the introduction of 3 new zebra crossings A COPY of the Order, may be requested by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk by quoting Ref No TM/6 - SRO/2026(85).

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 17-4-26.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Stanley Drive, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-26. 

This Order will close:

Stanley Drive From its junction with Forglen Road to its
junction with Queen’s Avenue from 11-5-26
until 18-5-26 to facilitate public utility works.
Access for emergency services will be maintained
Alternative Routes: via Forglen Road, Keir Street, Mayne Avenue,
Stanley Drive and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Strathmore Drive / Cornton Road, Cornton, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-26.
This Order will close:
Cornton Road From its junction with Strathmore Drive to its
junction with Easter Cornton Road, and;.
Strathmore Drive From its junction with Lomond Crescent
to its junction with Achray Drive /
Westhaugh Roundabout.
This Order will also suspend the parking on:
Cornton Road On both sides of the road from its junction with
Strathmore Drive in a north-westerly direction
for a distance of 6.5 metres or thereby, and;
Strathmore Drive On both sides of the road from its junction
with Lomond Crescent to its junction with
Achray Drive / Westhaugh Roundabout
from 0900 hours until 1800 hours from
11-5-26 until 18-5-26 to facilitate roads
maintenance works.
Alternative Routes: Access for emergency services will be maintained
via Lomond Crescent, Easter Cornton Road,
Cornton Road, Johnstone Avenue, Etive Place,
Strathmore Drive and vice versa.

A COPY of the Order can be provided by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk.  
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Dr Campbell Avenue, Tibbies Loan, Cowie) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-26.

This Order will close:

Dr Campbell Avenue For its entire length, and;
Tibbies Loan For its entire length from 0930 hours until
1800 hours on 8-5-26 to facilitate public
utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative route: n/a

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Sunnylaw Road, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - No 2) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 17-4-26. 
This Order will close:
Sunnylaw Road From its junction with Ferniebank Brae to its
junction with Abercromby Drive.
This Order will also suspend the parking on:
Sunnylaw Road From its junction with Ferniebank Brae in
a south-easterly direction for a distance of
280 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until
1800 hours from 27-4-26 until 3-5-26 to
facilitate roads maintenance works.
Alternative Routes: via Ferniebank Brae, Blairforkie Drive,
Henderson Street, Well Road, Sunnylaw Road
and vice versa.
