NEWTOWNHAMILTON
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of
its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above named road to through traffic, from the
junction of U5125 Outlacken Road to the junction of C0204
Carrickgallogly Road from 08:00 on Thursday 16 April 2026
until 18:00 on Friday 22 May 2026.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
This closure is to facilitate work by Peter Fitzpatrick Ltd.
An alternative route will be signed with traffic being diverted
via:
U5125 Outleckan Road, C0204 Carrickgallogly Road.
