THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(ASH HILL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF
TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton
City Council propose to make an Order under Section
14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from
proceeding on Ash Hill at its junction with Compton
Road West. Access/egress to be maintained.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of
eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will
be undertaken on 30th April 2026, between the hours
of 09:30 and 15:00.
The Order is required to facilitate a pole installation by
BT.
