C43 Old Lane, Cobham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order No.3 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
1. Prohibit vehicles and equestrians from entering or proceeding in that length of C43 Old Lane, Cobham that extends from its junction with C38 Ockham Lane, north-west for 500m.
2. Suspend the “Surrey County Council C43 Old Lane, Cobham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026” and “The Surrey County Council C43 Old Lane, Cobham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order No.2 2026” in so far as affects the length of C43 Old Lane, Cobham described above.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Affinity Water to carry out water works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8am and 6pm within 5 days of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 20 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and; dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times via a temporary walkway.
No sole access to any property will be affected. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained at all times via the
alternative route:- Old Lane, A3 Portsmouth Road, Ockham Road North and Ockham Lane.
Clay Lane, Jacobs Well – Guildford
Temporary Traffic Management Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) and (7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1.a) Prohibit vehicles that are proceeding in a south-easterly direction on C14 Clay Lane, Jacobs Well from turning left onto A3 Guildford – Godalming By-Pass. b) Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of the on-slip to A3 Guildford – Godalming By-Pass.
Alternative route:- Southeast on C14 Clay Lane and A3100 Clay Lane, to U-Turn at the roundabout junction of A3100 Clay Lane with D4041 Bowers Farm Drive to return northbound to turn right onto A3 Guildford – Godalming By-Pass. 2. Reduce the maximum speed limit to 30mph in that length of C14 Clay Lane and A3100 Clay Lane, Jacobs Well that extends from the northern side of “the Clay Lane Bridge”, northwards for a distance of 120m. 3. “The Surrey County Council Clay Lane (A3100/C14) and London Road (A3100)(30 MPH Speed Limit and 40 MPH Speed Limit) (Amendment) 2005” (as amended) shall be suspended insofar as imposes a speed limit of 40mph in the lengths of C14 Clay Lane and A3100 Clay Lane, Jacobs Well – Guildford described in Part 2. above. 4. Suspend “The Surrey County Council Clay Lane (C14) Guildford Temporary Prohibition of Left Turn Order 2026” in its entirety. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out traffic signal refurbishment and/or repair and/or maintenance and/or highway works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 9pm and 5am, within 2 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 23 April 2026. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary banned turn, closure, suspension and speed limit, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. No access to any property will be affected. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained at all times via the alternative route described above.
The speed limit imposed by this Order shall not apply to vehicles used by special forces in accordance with the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 or in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Police.
Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.
A248 New Road, Chilworth
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of A248 New Road, Chilworth that is crossed by the Shalford to Chilworth railway route at the “Chilworth Level Crossing, and for a distance of 20m either side.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Network Rail to carry out signal/telecoms works and/or level crossing barrier maintenance and/or associated works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 10pm and 6am, within 2 nights of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times.
Alternative route:- Dorking Road, Chilworth Road, The Street (also known as Albury Street), Sherbourne, Shere Road, Epsom Road, Waterden Road, York Road, Woodbridge Road, Onslow Street, Millbrook, Quarry Street, Shalford Road, The Street, Horsham Road, Kings Road (part of which is also known as Christmas Hill) and New Road.
D6258 Cycle Track from Upper Halliford Road to Nursery Road, Shepperton
Temporary Closure Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic (including pedestrians and cyclists) from entering or proceeding in the entire length of D6258 Cycle Track from Upper Halliford Road to Nursery Road, Shepperton.
Note – works are anticipated to be carried out in two sections within D6258 Cycle Track from Upper Halliford Road to Nursery Road, Shepperton:- (i) between D6258 Kelly Close and the link footway to A244 Upper Halliford Road, and (ii) from its junction with D6247 Nursery Road, westwards for 50m.
These sections are not to be closed simultaneously so to maintain access to the station at all times, either from the north-eastern or south-western end of the temporary closure.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out resurfacing works to the existing cycle track and associated minor cycle improvements and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out within 1 week of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 01 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated may be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times via the alternative route:- D6247 Upper Nursery Road, A244 Upper Halliford Road, D6258 Service Road and Upper Halliford Road.

Cresta Drive (D3059) Woodham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 10 April 2026, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Cresta Drive (D3059) Woodham.
There is no alternative route for this closure.
This Order is required to enable M Group to facilitate utility works and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 6 May 2026 for 2 days between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.
Grange Road (D4023) Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 10 April 2026, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Grange Road (D4023) Guildford as extends from the access for Northmead Junior School to its junction with Stoughton Road (D4023).
Alternative route – Cumberland Avenue, A322 (Worplesdon Road) and Stoughton Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Lanes Group to facilitate sewer cleaning and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 30 April 2026 for 2 nights between the hours of 10.00pm and 5.30am.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.
Pond Lane (D228) Peaslake
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 10 April 2026, Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Pond Lane (D228) Peaslake as extends from the access for the property known as “Dairy Cottage” to the access for the property known as “Hazel Hall”.
Alternative route – Jesses Lane, Pursers Lane, Peaslake Lane and Walking Bottom, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable Thames Water to facilitate utility works and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 April 2026 for 3 days between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services, residents, pedestrians, cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained via road plates.
Firs Close Footpath (D6845) Claygate
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from entering or proceeding on foot or by any other means in the entire length of Firs Close Footpath (D6845) Claygate as extends from a point in line with the common boundary between property No.89 and No.90 to a point in line with the common boundary between property No.87 and No.88.
Alternative Route for Pedestrians: Firs Close. This Order is required to facilitate new customer connection works for, or on behalf of LJD Civils and Cabling Ltd. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am 5pm, during the 6-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access on foot or by any other means, and all traffic will be required to follow the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.
Wyke Avenue (D858) Ash
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Wyke Avenue (D858) Ash as extends from its junction with (D66) Wyke Lane and to a point in line with the common boundary between property No.14 and No.15 Wyke Avenue.
Alternative Route: Wyke Avenue. This Order is required to facilitate telecom pole replacement works for, or on behalf of Morrison Telecom Services Ltd.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.
Station Road to Stoneylands Court (Townpath) (T1012) Egham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from entering or proceeding on foot or by any other means in the entire length of Station Road to Stoneylands Court (Townpath) (T1012) Egham.
Alternative Route: Stoneylands Road, Grange Road, (B3407) Church Road, and Station Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate water utility works, and/or any other maintenance works, for or on behalf of Affinity Water.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 5 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 6-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 27 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Due to the nature of the works, it will not be possible to maintain access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to follow the diversion route.
Queens Road (D3185) Egham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of Queens Road (D3185) Egham as extends from its junction with (D3185) Rusham Road and for a distance of 45 metres along Queens Road.
Alternative Route: Queens Road, North Street, and Rusham Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate new sewage connection works for, or on behalf of JW Clark Ltd.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 11 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 27 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.
Hurtmore Road (C23) Godalming
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 15 April 2026 Surrey County Council made the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Hurtmore Road (C23) Godalming as extends from its junction with (D96) Summers Lane to its junction with (D957) Quarry Road.
Alternative Route: Hurtmore Road, Elstead Road, (A3) Guildford – Godalming By-pass, (B3000) Puttenham Heath Road, Priorsfield Road, and Hurtmore Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate new customer connection works for, or on behalf of SGN.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 16 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 29 April 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.
Various Roads, Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- (a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in lengths of roads specified in the Schedule to this Notice; and (b) prohibit the use of the footway adjacent to Dennis Roundabout (A25) as extends from the south side of the slip road (leading to the coastbound carriageway of the A3 at Dennis Interchange) to Weston Road (D4002).
Alternative route for footway closure – Midleton Road, Midleton Road Industrial Estate Road, Footpath Manor Road to Woodbridge Road, Woodbridge Hill, Weston Road and Weston Road footbridge, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable National Highways to facilitate concrete repairs on the bridges carrying the A3 at Dennis Roundabout and associated works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 13 April 2026 for 10 nights between the hours of 9.00pm and 6.00am. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
Schedule
(a) that length of Midleton Road (A25) Guildford westbound as extends from its junction with Woodbridge Road (A322) to its junction with Dennis Roundabout. Alternative route – A320 (Stoke Road), A246 (York Road), A322 (Onslow Street), A31 (Farnham Road), Guildford Park Road, Madrid Road and The Chase.
(b) that length of Dennis Roundabout (A25) Guildford as extends from its junction with Aldershot Road (A322) to the London-bound exit slip road from the A3. NB. The roundabout will be closed in phases. Alternative route for south side closure – A25 (Midleton Road) and (Woodbridge Road), A31 (Farnham Road), Guildford Park Road, Madrid Road and The Chase. Alternative route for north side closure – traffic will be directed from Worplesdon: Holly Lane, A323 (Aldershot Road) Southway and Egerton Road, or this route in reverse.
(c) that length of Aldershot Road (A322) Guildford southbound as extends from its junction with Woodbridge Hill (D4022) to its junction with Dennis Roundabout. Alternative route – As for Dennis Roundabout north side closure.
(d) that length of Midleton Road (A25) Guildford eastbound as extends from its junction with Dennis Roundabout to the access for Pets at Home and Lidl.
Alternative route – As for Dennis Roundabout north side closure.
(e) that length of Midleton Industrial Estate (D4002) Guildford as extends from its junction Midleton Road (A25) to a point 15 metres south of this junction. Access will be maintained via escort.
(f) that length of Surrey Way (D4002) Guildford northbound as extends from the roundabout forming its junction with Cathedral to its junction with Dennis Roundabout. Access will be maintained via escort.
Fairfield Avenue (D3282) Staines-upon-Thames
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Sections 14(1), 14(5) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Fairfield Avenue (D3282) Staines-upon-Thames as extends from its junction with High Street (A308) to a point 20 metres north of this junction; and
2. suspend “The Spelthorne Borough Council (Fairfield Avenue, Staines) (One Way Traffic) Order, 1983” to allow the access to and from Fairfield Avenue north of the closure.
Alternative route – Fairfield Avenue and A308 (London Road, High Street, South Street, Thames Street, Clarence Street and Staines Bridge) to the roundabout with Chertsey Lane and return.
This Order is required to enable WHP Telecoms to facilitate telecoms works and associated works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 01 May 2026 for 5 days between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation for 24-hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access for emergency services, pedestrians, dismounted cyclists and dismounted equestrians will be maintained at all times.
Red House Lane (D3860) Walton On Thames
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of Red House Lane (D3860) Walton On Thames as extends from its junction with (A244) Hersham Road to its junction with (D3860) Alexandra Close.
Alternative Route: Red House Lane, (B65) Ashley Road, Stompond Lane, and (A244) Hersham Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate mains water repair works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 12 May 2026. Advanced warning
signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
Due to the nature of the works, there will be no access through the closure, and all traffic will be required to use the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.
Stoke Road (A320) Guildford
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Stoke Road (A320) Guildford as extends from its junction with (A246) York Road to its junction with (D4004) Stoke Fields.
Alternative Route: (A320) Stoke Road, (A25) Ladymead, (A322) Woodbridge Road, and (A246) York Road, or this route in reverse. This Order is required to facilitate frame and cover repair works for, or on behalf of LJD Civils and Cabling Ltd.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 nights, between the hours of 8pm and 5am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 13 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via road plates, if required, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.
Clockhouse Lane West (D3171) Egham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Clockhouse Lane West (D3171) Egham.
This Order is required to facilitate utility works for, or on behalf of Affinity Water.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 4 days, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. There is no alternative route for this closure.
Bourne Road (D98) Farncombe
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Bourne Road (D98) Farncombe that is crossed by the level crossing known as “Farncombe to Guildford Railway Route” and for a distance of 20 metres either side.
Alternative Route: Bourne Road, Station Road, Farncombe Street, and Summers Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate follow up work relating to removal and reinstatement of the level crossing upgrade rail system works by, or on behalf of Network Rail.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 night, between the hours of 12.15am and 8am, during the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 17 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for residents, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
All other vehicular traffic, including emergency service vehicles will be required to follow the signed diversion route. No sole access is affected by this closure.
Wanborough Lane (D189) Cranleigh
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Wanborough Lane (D189) Cranleigh.
Alternative Route: Bloxham Road, Fettes Road, Park Drive, (B2127) Ewhurst Road, and (B2127) Bookhurst Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate mains water connection works for, or on behalf of Thames Water. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 15 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 11 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure, which is anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via road plates, if required, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists.

Surrey County Council propose to make the above mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Portsmouth Road (B2215) Ockham that is crossed over the bridge known as “Bridgefoot Bridge” and for a distance of 20 metres on either side; (b) High Street (B2215) Ripley that is crossed over the bridge known as “Bridgefoot Bridge” and for a distance of 20 metres on either side.
Alternative Route: (B2215) Portsmouth Road, (B2039) Ockham Road North, East Lane, The Street, Ripley Lane, Rose Lane, and (B2215) High Street, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate structural assessment works for, or on behalf of Surrey County Council.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 2 nights, between the hours of 8pm and 6am, during the 18-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 11 May 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner.
Access for emergency service vehicles, pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times. All other vehicular traffic will be required to follow the signed diversion route. No sole access will be affected by this closure.
