What is happening?

The City of Edinburgh Council

(Traffic regulation: restrictionson waiting, loading And unloading, Stopping And Parking Places) (Variation no _) order 202_- Tro/24/32

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: (a) introduce permit holders parking places and/or shared use parking places on Easter Dalry Dr, Easter Dalry Rd & Easter Dalry Wynd; (b) introduce and/or extend 24hr waiting restrictions on Easter Dalry Dr, Easter Dalry Rd & Easter Dalry Wynd; (c) introduce bicycle hanger parking place on Easter Dalry Rd; (d) extend waiting restrictions and loading prohibitions on Easter Dalry Rd; & (e) introduce permit eligibility for residents of Easter Dalry Dr, Easter Dalry Rd & Easter Dalry Wynd within Controlled Parking Zone S4 for (Mon-Fri between 08:30-17:30). Residents will be entitled to purchase two residential permits per household. The cost of a resident parking permit will be as follows. Vehicles registered prior to March 2001 will have charges applied in relation to engine size. Vehicles registered after

March 2001 will have charges applied in relation to CO2 emissions.

Documents can also be viewed at Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference Tro/24/32 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 08/05/26. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
