East Nynehead Road - Temporary Road Closure Due To Utility Works
What is happening?
Somerset Council Parish of Bradford-on-Tone Temporary Closure of East Nynehead Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: East Nynehead Road - from 48 metres south-west of the junction with Oake Road, south-westwards for a total distance of 100 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace chamber and cover.
The Order becomes effective on 16th April 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 22nd April 2026 and last until 24th April 2026 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
