(KESSINGTON ROAD, RANNOCH DRIVE, AND CLUNY AVENUE, BEARSDEN)

(TEMPORARY NO WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026

On Tuesday, 14 April 2026 the East Dunbartonshire Council made a temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait in the length of roads specified in the Schedule, by reasons of public safety.

The Order will come into force at 06.00 hours on Monday, 04 May 2026 until 18.00 hours on Wednesday, 03 November 2027 and will be effective at any time for the duration of the Order.

Kessington Road, Bearsden 
1. From a point 30 metres or thereby east of the extended east kerbline of MacFarlane Road eastwards for a distance of 242 metres or thereby to its junction with Clathic Avenue and Killermont Road at the mini roundabout.
North
Rannoch Drive, Bearsden 
1. From a point 30 metres northwest of the extended west kerbline of Lochaber Road north-westwards for a distance of 140 metres or thereby.
Northeast
Cluny Avenue, Bearsden 
1. From its junction with Rannoch Drive, north-westwards for a distance of 120 metres or thereby.
