THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:

C2 Darnrigg Road, Falkirk from 00:01 on 20/04/26 until 23:59 on 24/04/26. The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes C2 Darnrigg Road, Falkirk from a point adjacent to B803 in an easterly direction for approximately 300 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: B803, B8028, C2 or vice versa.

Denny Road, Larbert from 07.30 on 20/04/26 until 17:00 on 25/04/26. The prohibition is to allow carriageway repair works to be undertaken.
1. This Order temporarily closes: Denny Road Larbert from its junction with Quintinshill Drive to the B905 Checkbar Roundabout.
2. The alternative route is Checkbar Roundabout, A883, Glasgow Road, Stirling Road, B905 and vice versa.

Union Road, Grangemouth from 09:30 on 22/04/26 until 18:00 on 23/04/26. The prohibition is to allow for Ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Union Road, Grangemouth from a point adjacent to A904 in a westerly direction for approximately 100 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: A904, B9132, Kerse Road, Union Road or vice versa.

Graham Avenue, Larbert from 09:30 until 18:00 on 23/04/26. The prohibition is to allow for Ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Graham Avenue, Larbert from a point adjacent to Broomage Drive, in a westerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Broomage Drive, Broomage Crescent, Broomage Avenue, Graham Avenue or vice versa.

Annfield Place, Grangemouth from 09:30 until 18:00 on 24/04/26. The prohibition is to allow for Ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Annfield Place, Grangemouth from a point adjacent to Library Lane in an easterly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Talbot Street, B9132, A904 Bo'ness Road, Library Lane or vice versa.

Muirhall Road, Larbert from 09:30 until 18:00 on 24/04/26. The prohibition is to allow for Ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Muirhall Road, Larbert from a point adjacent to Evans Street in a southerly direction for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: A88, Broomage Avenue, B905, Muirhall Road or vice versa.

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026

The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:

Barnego Road, Dunipace from 09:30 until 18:00 on 23/04/26. The prohibition is to allow for Ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Barnego Road, Dunipace from a point adjacent to Linden Avenue in all directions on both sides for approximately 50 metres or thereby.
