What is happening?

PARKING PLACES ON
ROADS AND WAITING
RESTRICTIONS –
DUNGANNON

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an
Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting
Restrictions (Dungannon) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026.
The Order will increase from 1 hour to 2 hours the maximum
time a vehicle may wait in certain parking places in Dungannon
and also increase the length of time that must expire before a
vehicle can return to that parking place. Vehicles are excepted
from the conditions in certain circumstances.
The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain other parking
places and waiting restrictions in Dungannon
Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together
with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free
of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI
TRAM Western Division, Network Development. County
Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT74 7AF, or viewed online
at

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only
which can be arranged either by email using the email
address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday
to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
Any person may object or make other representations,
specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to
the Department at the address above or by emailing

within a period of
22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
