TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
GREEN LANE, SNAPE HILL LANE, DRONFIELD
WHEN: 20 April to 26 May 2026
WHERE: Green Lane, Snape Hill Lane, Dronfield between No. 123 and Methodist Church.
REASON: To facilitate gas mains replacement.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Eckington Road, Dyche Lane, Jordanthorpe Parkway, Chesterfield Road South, Sheffield Road, Bowshaw, Chesterfield Road, Callywhite Lane, Green Lane and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
