Notice is hereby given that the Sheffield City Council has made the above Order, under Section 3(1) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984, which requires confirmation under Section 3(3) of that Act.

The effect of the Order, if confirmed, will be to convert the length of the footpath described in the Schedule to this Notice to a cycle track.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at the Moorfoot Building, Sheffield, S1 4PL, at all reasonable hours on Mondays to Fridays. Telephone enquiries can be made by ringing 0114 2056146 (Ref: LS/SG/30521049).

Please state the grounds on which they are made. If there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.

If no such objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Sheffield City Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation, any objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the relevant Order.
