Portsmouth City Council (Moorings Way) (Temporary Prohibition of Loading and Waiting) (No.67) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that Portsmouth City Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order comes into operation from 16th April 2026 and the effect will be as follows:
A) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND WAITING
MOORINGS WAY
From its junction with Sanderling Road to outside No.206 on both sides.
B) REASON FOR THE ORDER
To facilitate compound site works.
C) DURATION OF THE ORDER
From 16th April 2026 to 31st October 2026 or completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
