What is happening?

yn weithredol o 13/04/26 ac yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r darn hwnnw o Ffordd Gyswllt Llan y Pwll ar yr A5156, o’r gylchfan â Heol Holt yr A534 Heol i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin tuag at Gyffordd 6 Cyfnewidfa Gresffordd yr A483 am 1.5km er mwyn galluogi Hafren Dyfrdwy i ymgymryd â thyllau prawf cyn gweithredu’r cynllun i wella pibau’r prif gyflenwad dwr.

Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y mae’r ffordd ar gau.

Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 14 diwrnod, neu nes y caiff y gwaith ei gwblhau os bydd hynny’n gynt, a gallai bara am hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council has made a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

effective from 13/04/26 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of A5156 Llan y Pwll Link Road, from roundabout with A534 Holt Road in a north westerly direction towards Junction 6 A483 Gresford Interchange for a distance of 1.5km to enable Hafren Dyfrdwy to undertake trial holes prior to major water mains replacement scheme.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The prohibition is expected to last for 14 days, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
