ROAD FORKHILL
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of
its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above named road to through traffic, from the
junction of U5416 Legmoylin Road to the junction of C0226
Tullydonnell Road from 09:30 on Monday 13 April 2026 until
16:30 on Friday 05 June 2026.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
This closure is to facilitate work by DFI Southern.
An alternative route will be signed with traffic being
diverted via:
A0029 New Road, B0030 Newry Road, B0030 Newry Street,
B0030 Cardinal O’fiaich Square, B0030 Cardinal Ofiaich
Square, B0030 Cullaville Road, A0037 Concession Road.

CRIEVE ROAD NEWRY
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of
its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above named road to through traffic, from the
junction of A25 Rathfriland Road to the junction of B8 Hilltown
Road from 08:00 on Monday 13 April 2026 until 18:00 on
Friday 01 May 2026.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
This closure is to facilitate work by Peter Fitzpatrick Ltd.
An alternative route will be signed with traffic being
diverted via:
B0008 Hilltown Road, A0025 Rathfriland Road,
U6292 Crieve Road.

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure
in its capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of
its powers under Article 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation
(Northern Ireland) Order 1997 has temporarily prohibited the
use of the above-named road to through traffic, from
Linenhall Street to Scarva Street continuously, commencing
on Friday 29th May to Thursday 30th September 2027.
Local access and access for emergency vehicles will be
maintained at all times.
This closure is to facilitate construction of social housing.
An alternative route will be signed with traffic being diverted
via: C0351 Linenhall Street, U4469 Commercial Road,
B0010 Scarva Street
